Dave is a truly
gifted world class climbing guide. He
is also a certified rock climbing guide at the AMGA Rock Guide level
and PCGI Multi-Pitch Guide level, hence holding the highest levels of
rock climbing guide certification available in the world! Dave is
extremely experienced in
Joshua Tree climbing and
guiding, with over 15 years of climbing experience and 10 years of
professional guiding experience! We are extremely proud and
excited that Dave is part of the world class team at Joshua Tree
Guides!

Seth Zaharias - Senior Guide & Instructor

Seth
has been a
full time professional rock climbing guide for ten years and is a
certified rock climbing guide at the PCGI Certified Multi-Pitch
Guide level. He is a
local Joshua Tree
rock climber and guide, master of the art of guided rock climbing and
former Yosemite Search and Rescue team member. Seth also happens to
know Joshua Tree National Park better then anyone you will ever meet. A
guided day with Seth is a day you will surely hold as one of the most
positive, memorable and educational experiences of your lifetime!

Tim Moore: Guide and Instructor
Tim
is a long time Joshua Tree climbing, who has amasses over 22 years of
climbing knowledge and experience for sharing with you! Tim is a certified as a rock climbing instructor at the AMGA Certified
Single Pitch Instructor level. He is a super nice guy who will without a
doubt impart his love of rock climbing into your next climbing trip!

Gary Chandler:
Gary is an AMGA certified Top Rope
Site Manager and has been guiding in Joshua Tree since 2004. Gary learned to
climb in 1983 at the Univerity of Maine where he earned a B.S. in Forestry Management.
Gary came to Joshua Tree after 12 years as a Paramedic on an elite backcountry
rescue team in Portland, Oregon. Gary's other outdoor pursuits include
backcountry skiing and whitewater canoing.
All of our
guides and instructors hold third party governed and verified rock
climbing guide and/or rock climbing instructor certifications from at
least one of the three independent non-profit organizations that exist in the USA.
