
PCGI certification is a nationally accepted standard. The PCGI standards of certification have been
accepted by the U.S. Department of the Interior - National Park Service, Joshua
Tree National Park, New River Gorge and Devils Tower National Monument, as a requirement for
rock climbing guides and/or instructors operating within these public lands. PCGI is non-profit, public benefit institute that develops and
governs rock climbing guide training and certification
standards.
