Learn self rescue skills from our certified rock climbing instructors and guides! Self rescue skills are the most important set of skills ANY LEVEL of climber will ever learn. No climber should go without a fundamental understanding of these potentially life saving skills. Self rescue training is done via a minimum of one full day, however we highly recommend two full days. Our self rescue training includes but is not limited to the following skills:
